Multiple 3- and 5-axis CNC cells for aluminium, titanium and high-strength steel. Heat treat, NDT and surface treatments performed in-house under NADCAP.
Sheet metal & assembly
Stretch-formed skins, hot- and cold-formed details, mechanical and Cherry-bolt assembly of door surrounds, frames and floor beams for narrow-body programmes.
Programmes
Long-running supply relationships with Boeing for 737 components, with tier-one suppliers for Airbus A220 and A320 family details, and with Sikorsky for UH-60 Black Hawk subassemblies.
